The Role
You will be working closely with the Director of Loyalty/Rewards along with many other stakeholders across Signet to lead the strategy, digital experience and implementation. The primary focus of this position will be working to evolve and enable tools and knowledge for customers to manage their rewards experience seamlessly and effectively with confidence. Signet's loyalty program is just over a year old and the team is continuing to work on expanding the program to new customer segments while also developing enhancements to care for the customers that are already part of the program. In addition, you will be responsible for managing a Product Analyst and partnering with an Agile scrum team and cross functional teams to ensure delivery of best-in-class digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead an Associate Product Manager, supporting career advancement through mentoring and professional guidance
- Lead product development lifecycle for a brand-new product partnering with cross-functional teams across Design, Engineering, Analytics, Research, Marketing and Operations
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer through research, analytics and experimentation
- Develop an actionable roadmap and approach towards prioritization that empowers your team to realize the product strategy. It's important here to balance short term delivery with long term scalability.
- Daily activities include: Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Grooming of User Stories, Retrospectives, Daily Scrum and Burndown
- Own accountability for the performance of the products and features that you launch and use data to help inform your ability to drive improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- Experience managing associate product managers
- Experience in Agile methodology and the ability to break down complex initiatives into bite sized chunks for quick delivery
- You earn trust with your direct team and stakeholders: you listen, you are inclusive, you are good at building relationships and partnering with others
- You are a good storyteller with excellent communication skills. You bring others along for the ride and are comfortable with audiences of different disciplines and seniority levels.
- A proven track record of mining data to inform strategic thinking and roadmap delivery

*$105,000 - $150,000
*Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications
