This role will be responsible for the implementation and management of a digital product analytics tool where you will play the role of both analyst and product manager. The position will partner with product and business teams across the organization to deliver insights and analysis on product performance and manage requirements, develop roadmaps, conduct testing and support triage and resolution of technical issues.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on best in class digital analytics and optimization
• Develop solid relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Manage and support implement of analytics tool on web and mobile applications
• Develop and manage roadmap for enterprise use of analytics tool
• Support product teams with ad hoc and recurring reporting, and deep dive analytics to answer key business questions
• Supports application testing and configuration with project teams to ensure solution will meet the business objectives
• Manage multiple projects, with multiple remote teams, at one time
• Identify best practices and develop recommendations for business partners

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of digital analytics experience working with large, distributed teams
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience utilizing the Adobe suite of web analytics products, Google Analytics or other product analytics tools
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in managing the analytics lifecycle
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience defining requirements and testing methodologies
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and projects
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience presenting analytical finding and insights to stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience working collaboratively in a matrixed environment
• Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with consumer applications and digital customer experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
