JOB DESCRIPTION

Our team is looking for a passionate Senior Program Associate to help build our fast growing government business! As a senior program associate, you will support customer engagements focused on driving innovation into the federal market. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. It's fast paced and exciting!

At a high level, you’ll be responsible for:

• Keeping our amazing community of government leaders involved with Dcode
• Supporting customer engagements
• Developing new and exciting ways to work with government, startup technology companies, and system integrator partners to advance government missions

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Building

• Work with the Dcode product development and technology teams to build out our community platform and expand government engagement
• Represent Dcode at conferences, events, and meetings with leaders from government, industry, and venture capital

Customer Success

• Manage relationships with key officials at various Federal agencies
• Support service delivery for assessments, training, and advisory services
• Plan, organize, and execute Dcode events to help connect tech, government, and industry

Business Development

• Develop and advocate for Dcode products and services, and work with colleagues to sell and execute those services
• Manage research on Agency budgets, technology needs, trend reports, and solicitations to support and inform of Dcode contract opportunities and opportunities for Dcode’s alumni companies
• Write and contribute to Dcode white papers, government deliverables, and solicitation responses

KEY SKILLS

• 2-5 years of work experience
• Prior experience delivering government-facing client work
• The ability to work without being closely managed and continuously WOW
• Strong interest in technology, startups, or government
• An ability to listen to customers and discern needs
• A willingness and ability to support operations in a fast-paced environment
• Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
