We are the DEFENDERS.

Cybereason Defense Platform provides unified protection for the endpoint, across the enterprise to everywhere the battle moves.

Cybereason Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) analyzes all activities on the endpoint and across the enterprise in real-time to identify and stop malicious operations.

We’re looking for someone who will be focused on continuously increasing the overall security value delivered by our solutions.  This will require working closely with our product development and security research teams to help them prioritize and bring differentiated capabilities to the market.

You are:

A Product Manager with more than 5 years of experience building products for large enterprises.

You have a strong technical background, you’re skilled in simplifying complex technical problems, and you know and understand how security operations work in enterprise environments.

You have knowledge and experience with AI/ML-based solutions. You can cooperate and work well with a security research team and bring your innovative thinking to bridge the gap between the depth of the technical solution, to the simplicity required for the day-to-day work of our users.

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Own the responsibility of delivering increased security value that customers experience through lower false positives, differentiated techniques in detecting ransomware, enhanced protection in application security testing, missed detections, etc.

  • Manage security value inputs into product life cycles across Cybereason product lines, ensuring detections and remediation mechanisms are current and pass robust acceptance criteria with customer-derived data sets.

  • Be skilled at maintaining a prioritized backlog and guiding the security research and engineering teams in delivering value that truly distinguishes our products in the market

  • Support triaging of security findings as part of the Product development and production processes

  • Coordinate and oversee security-related change management for Cybereason product lines and related infrastructure deployment.

  • Work with strategic customers to maximize security value delivery while reducing product utilization and operations overhead.

  • Create and maintain a technical framework enabling the continual testing and updating of Cybereason products against emerging threats, threat samples, and actor TTPs.

  • Own and measure business metrics of success (revenue, adoption, attachment, etc.)

  • Understand Cybereason users, their needs, and desires by speaking with customers, analyzing user data, and conducting usability tests.

  • Define the business problems to solve.

  • Collect data to support the problem definition, the priority of each problem, and the measures of success.

  • Enable Cybereason customers, partners, and GTM teams on increased security value delivered by the Research and Engineering teams

  • Work closely with engineers and researchers to solve security-specific problems in the most effective way.
