Job Description The CTO organization at JPMC is looking for a dynamic, motivated Project Execution Specialist to oversee transformation projects in the Service Now space for a variety of internal lines of business. This role is a Associate level and will report to the VP of Project Execution of the product area. As a member of the Service Now product team, you will handle projects for enterprise platforms that support services used by thousands of internal and external customers, dealing with the latest technology and best in class features.
Projects are global and include collaboration with a variety of technical and functional personnel throughout JPMC. Responsibilities include planning, strategy, overseeing agile processes, creating, implementing and fine-tuning project management processes, day to day management of releases and sprints, coordinating with multiple internal and external teams, providing periodic management updates along with interfacing across technical and business teams. Managing multiple tracks, navigating through complex requirements and dependencies will be key to succeeding in this role.
This role will be heavily focused on the Customer Service Management (CSM) and Request modules of Service Now. Experience in either (or both) of these is a huge plus, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and complete project plans, schedule releases for multiple simultaneous projects within our team.
  • Maintain and update product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with technical staff to evaluate solutions and work directly with business to identify, prioritize, and plan releases
  • Drive initiatives within the team from inception, through strategic development, production to completion.
  • Monitor project scope, cost, schedules and risks.
  • Work closely with UX and front end/back end teams to refine requirements and implement designs.
  • Conduct effective meetings, presentations, supervise progress and risks. Be in the details, but also distill it in the right manner to present to a larger audience.
  • Connect with team members in global time zones as needed.
  • Come up with innovative ideas to improve how projects are tracked, reported and presented.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of growing project management experience
  • Demonstrable organization and project management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
  • Experience leading enterprise development projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using Jira, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication, written and presentation skill
  • A positive can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure with multiple teams and deadlines.
  • Ability to be in the details, as well as distill and filter the right information for the right audience.
  • Solid technical background, with a sound understanding of Java development and related technologies.
  • Experience managing projects for large transformation programs - Service Now is a huge plus
