This includes understanding API's available, how the applications are architected from a high level, the vendor's roadmap for enhancements and upgrades, knowing how users are leveraging the product, metrics and KPI or OKR for measuring success, etc.
  • Champion the existing platform, services, and processes and constantly work with the business to bring in feedback from existing and potential customers across all business units to increase the value of Salesforce at Lilly.
  • Be accountable for the development of enhancements and improvements to Salesforce and work closely with the team of Salesforce developers and the engineering team for technical assistance when scripting, code development, or administrative configuration changes are required.

  • Accept and evangelize the DevOps culture and embed within the day-to-day organization activities.
  • Favor automation over manual processes and work to transform existing processes to adopt automation wherever possible and sensible.
  • Engage with customers to determine where they find value in existing products as well as what opportunities for improvement exist.

  • Deliver end to end projects; from understanding requirements, designing possible solutions with architects and tech leads, developing the solution with engineering, and then transitioning the service to support/operations.

  • Certified in Salesforce Administration, Development, or both

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and associated offerings
