Purpose:

This role is critical in driving strategy and product development for Evanta, the world's premier network of C-level executives. This critical role will identify opportunities to grow participation and sponsorship, continually track and enhance success of ongoing offerings, and optimize the portfolio. This role will work closely with the VP Content, Product Strategy to gather and report out on competitive analysis and intelligence. This role will be critical in defining the future of Evanta's omni-channel (digital, in-person, content delivery) approach to community.

This role is a critical strategist for Evanta's specialized community products, responsible for maximizing value for our clients. They will contribute to the ongoing transformation of the products and will maximize client value through innovation, product planning and execution. They will actively participate in the operational planning and improvement of event features and programs by delivering a differentiated customer experience to executives attending our events resulting in reduced attrition, repeat attendance, increased customer satisfaction and maximized value of attendance in Evanta programs.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:
  • Increase engagement and value to our communities by strategically managing both onsite and virtual delivery and execution of product offerings globally
  • Optimize Evanta's digital/virtual product portfolio by enhancing our omni-channel opportunities for engagement
  • Effectively partner with Dev & Marketing teams to identify and help influence execution of P2P technology enhancements that will improve ability to scale offering, reduce support costs and increase value to attendees within Evanta Web App and Evanta Portal
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to aid decision making about product concept and strategy
  • Capture client feedback to inform and enhance the product portfolio to facilitate deeper and more valuable connections
  • Build consistent processes that drive continued client feedback (focus groups, evaluations, surveys)
  • Develop and present regular updates on competitive intelligence learnings
  • Provide constant evaluation of the attendee experience to ensure ongoing process enhancement and scalability
  • Partner with internal business partners in creating applicable client facing collateral that maximizes attendee value and time
  • Increase customer engagement, NPS, and reduced attrition by creating personalized strategies for our attendees and sponsors
  • Actively participate in the operational planning and improvement of program features for attendees by partnering with internal teams to customize the onsite experience (Global events, attendee journey personalization, etc.)


Requirements:
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, team player, and executive presence
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work collaboratively
  • Strategic thinker and fast learner - gets the big picture and can get up to speed on Gartner/Evanta processes/systems/people very fast
  • Exceptional organizational, project, and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations with measurable business impact
  • Ability to develop, organize, and lead initiatives through proven and exceptional project management skills
  • Strong proficiency in the MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Education:
  • MBA highly preferred


Experience:
  • 5-6 years of previous project management experience
  • 5-6 years experience within the conferences industry (strongly preferred)
