Job Overview:
The Product Specialist is required to have excellent knowledge about a products and solutions within Labcorp Clinical and Digital Solutions division along with working directly with product management, program management, and engineering to ensure excellent product delivery. The IT Product Specialist will routinely perform product demonstrations to current and future customers and along with other internal and external stakeholders and assist in the evangelism of our products and create awareness across the healthcare market. The IT Product Specialist will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities and will routinely conduct product and sales training for the sales and divisional IT team. They must also provide reports about their product-related activities to the management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer pipeline based on the campaign and outreach efforts conducted in concert with sales and marketing
- Review weekly/monthly customer leads with internal stakeholders and partners
- Provide feedback back into the product and engineering teams based on feedback collected from customers
- Partner with sales and marketing to create customer/persona specific content that is leveraged during the sales cycles
- Lead sales and marketing campaigns across the multiple divisions across Labcorp
- Support customer go-lives and end user training
Experience
- 3-5 years of healthcare experience
- Past experience providing product demonstrations to C-suite leaders
Education/Qualifications:
Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or Marketing with at least 5 years of Software experience.
