As a Product Specialist, you'll be a linchpin in the digital journey to clients' financial security. You'll tell the story of our digital products, and build resources and craft communications for our field of financial advisors and their teams. You will be a trusted resource and advocate for the best possible digital experience with our passionate Product Managers and business partners.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Be a subject matter expert on Illustrations
  • Provide white glove service on critical issues and field partner concerns
  • Serve as liaison between the field and Digital Product Team to provide meaningful field interactions and noise reduction; Conduct relationship calls with top influencers, build trusting relationships with field members
  • Represent designated digital product(s) at field events; be a storyteller and present on Illustrations at Network Office days
  • Serve as centralized communication channel to the field regarding product developments, improvements and upcoming releases; Craft communication and training around new functionality/releases for publication
  • Catalog changes for Illustrations in FCO and represent those changes and your Change Management Plans at the appropriate forums
  • Update training videos and other resources on LINKnet and Help Center, as needed
  • Supervise online communities to respond to field posts
  • Analyze and report out on user feedback to advise product teams and business partners to help drive strategy in digital product operating model and influence digital product roadmaps
  • Accountable for maintaining the Illustrations information in the 24 Month Field Technology Roadmap and Top Tech Items slide deck for quarterly/monthly distribution


Bring Your Best! Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or 2-4 years work experience in a related role
  • 1-3 Years of prior experience working with the NM field and designated digital product- Illustrations experience preferred
  • Passion for digital product; Strong presentation and storytelling skills; Shown communication skills; Positive, productive relationships with the field; Ability to work with minimal oversight; Flexibility
  • Ability to travel
  • Must have Deep understanding of digital product roadmap
  • Solves sophisticated problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
