Enterprise Security Engineer (Remote)
Meraki’s Enterprise Security team is responsible for managing internal security efforts across Meraki’s ever-expanding enterprise landscape. Ranging from auditing of third party tools and services to architecting lab infrastructures with a variety of teams, Meraki Enterprise Security team is looking for people that are passionate about protecting companies from within while operating in a dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Craft, implement and enforce security policies and procedures across the organization.
- Work to strengthen Meraki’s enterprise clients and servers and ensure the robustness of internal services
- Influence decision-makers in the areas of secure network design, access/authentication controls, IaaS, and others
- Respond to incidents across Meraki’s networks and clients leveraging a wide variety of tools.
- Manage and lead education campaigns to help staff operationalize security efforts.
What we are looking for:
- 2-5 Years of professional experience in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields
- Experience crafting security training for staff of varying technical levels
- Familiar with various logging protocols, such as Syslog and Netflow
- Deep understanding of a broad spectrum of security vulnerabilities and attack vectors, including exploitation and mitigation
What’ll Make You Special:
- Software development experience in Python and Powershell
- Advanced experience with operational support for operating systems, applications, and networks
- Advanced experience with vulnerability/penetration testing/adversary emulation assessments
