  • Tag team with Engineering to build great features - Work with Development, QA, Documentation and UX team members to build features that delight users. Help them take the right approach by participating in design, test case and documentation reviews. Use data from usage analytics, customer interviews and surveys to make data-based decisions.
  • Focus on end-user experience - Be the conscience of the Platform, continuously looking at the services from an end-user's perspective, driving the complete experience, to best outcome possible for the end-user. Ensure the customer experience is represented as a top priority throughout all stages of development.
