Description: Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams• Experience working with developers and designers to understand what is technically possible, and how to translate customer needs into features and actionable user stories.• Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with various stakeholders across Business, Digital, Marketing and Analytics teams.• Well versed in writing business requirements• Ability to create low-fidelity wireframes and process flows to convey ideas• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Demonstrate a keen sense of ability to listen and ask probing questions to obtain data needed for request.• Track record of delivering results managing all aspects of a product through its lifecycle• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product development life cycle• Previous work experience in product management or as business analyst• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Desired Qualifications:• Degree or specialization in business development or equivalent is a plus• Formal training in Agile SAFe and Lean Product Development• 5+ years of experience in technology with 2+ years in digital product management.• Knowledge and experienced working with Jira work planning.• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager preferred
