Your Challenge: We are seeking a Product Owner for Accelerate, a fast-paced business unit, rapidly deploying and iterating to empower healthcare industry members to succeed and grow, both personally and professionally.

The things that you will tackle:

  • Work closely with Product Managers to break down product roadmaps and goals into discrete, testable product iterations.
  • Actively manage the backlog for your squad(s), ensuring that the most important work is prioritized and refined
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align the design / development activities and maintain focus on ROI and value to end users.
  • Proactively identify gaps in requirements, and drives the swift resolution of those gaps
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering to facilitate communication and the development process, from idea through to delivery.
  • Work with Design and Engineering on a daily basis, acting as the representative of end users, customers, and business outcomes.
  • Work with Analytics team to implement and track KPIs and quantitative measures of product success that are understandable both by internal & external stakeholders of varying organizational levels
  • Develop deep functional product knowledge and understand the systems, processes, and people that support it

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering or related field. In lieu of degree, 4+ years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT or related field.
  • Experience working closely with designers, developers, and business stakeholders and collaboratively prioritize and make informed decisions
  • Identifying and solving problems for end-users
  • Ability to break down complex feature requests into small, measurable components and accurately document them by creating user stories, and grooming them with the Development and Design teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficienct in Agile methodology, including backlog grooming, interactive engagement with Scrum Master, SMEs and other product owners
  • Sharp analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise communications to internal and external business partners and senior management regarding initiatives, issues and achievements
  • Experience of social networks, digital health, or healthcare apps, is a plus
