THE EXPERIENCE THAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Either Direct Product Owner experience or SME around Order to cash is required
  • Exposure to B2B order to cash lifecycle or software solutions that support order to cash
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience and systems development environment experience are preferred
  • Product or operational experience with B2B software solutions that support any area of accounts receivables management and workflow automation strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of B2B Cash Application, Collections and/or Credit Management business process
  • Business process workflow and automation experience
  • Implementations consulting around order to cash highly desirable.
  • Project Management experience would be beneficial to be successful in the role


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals
  • Translating personal credit reports, explain how the software support that and how will this implement and define acceptance criteria
  • Will be able to interpret and understand from a user perspective
  • Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories
  • Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams
  • Manages backlog of user stories for one or more products
  • Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams
  • Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria
  • Creates Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams
  • Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders, as requested
  • Applies Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined project management process that encourages frequent inspection and adaptation of ongoing work product.
  • Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and three years Fintech operational product experience/knowledge. The Certified Scrum Product Owner professional certification is preferred, but not required.
