Job Summary

The Lead Analyst supports the overall strategic vision of a particular Stakeholder experience and is accountable for succeeding against identified metrics, managing budgeting and financials, and setting short- and long-term experience goals, as well as ensuring the product teams are effectively working together. Must have strong business and leadership skills, as well as enough experience with technology to understand what is possible given current technology, how trends will affect the experience in the future, and how to communicate with teams to ensure they understand business needs and objectives. The Lead Analyst will be 100% allocated to this role (serving all teams for a given experience). The incumbent provides advanced professional input to complex assignments/projects. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals. Works autonomously, only requiring "expert" level technical support from others. Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends.

Essential Functions
  • Assist in defining business requirements with business sponsors, TPO and System Engineering teams for new and modified business applications, product, or client requests.
  • Assist the Business Product Owner in applying Express Scripts project tools and methodologies to advance business applications, products, or client requests.
  • Demonstrate ability to learn and apply new technical tools and techniques to support business applications, products, or client requests.
  • Demonstrate high level of organizational skills when managing requirements/projects for multiple applications, products, or client requests.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Solid organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to gain fundamental understanding of new methodologies and technologies with direct applicability to business applications, products, or client.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 68,100 - 113,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
