As a Senior Manager, Technology Product Management within the enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for setting and leading the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capability management and product delivery. This role will advise and consult organizational Business/IT teams and leadership on IGA strategy, IAM & IGA solutions and best practices based on corporate standards and industry trends. The selected candidate will work on leading and expanding the adoption of corporate standard IGA solutions including on-prem and cloud IGA products such as SailPoint's IdentityIQ and IdentityNOW. The candidate will promote a centralized access management architecture across complex organizations within UHG as well as present automation of access provisioning and governance of current and newly acquired technologies.
Major Responsibilities

  • Define, create, and own roadmaps, strategies, and prioritization for IGA capabilities based on customer, business, market, financial, technical, operational, vendor and other relevant insights
  • Balance team capacity against demands and budget
  • Drive capability area KPIs - adoption/usage, productivity, customer satisfaction/NPS, etc.
  • Gather and understand the Voice of the Customer, Voice of the Business, and foster customer relationships across the enterprise
  • Conduct ongoing IAM & IGA market and industry research and align with market trends
  • Establish vendor engagement and management as well as partner with Enterprise Sourcing and Procurement (ES&P) on contracts and sourcing events
  • Manage financials (value definition, business cases, financial models, etc.) and budget
  • Partner with delivery, engineering, development, operations, support, other technology teams to meet customer needs
  • Work with Optum Technology teams to drive Change Management as well as capability/product education and marketing
  • Drive ongoing product rationalization, PADU management for IGA products in a strategic capacity
  • Promote development of innovative solutions


Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of product development and/or product management experience
  • 4 or more years of experience with agile software development
  • 2 or more years of experience collaboratively writing Capabilities, Features, User Stories
  • 1 or more years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) & Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint's IdentityIQ (IIQ), IdentityNOW, or equivalent toolset

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $94,500 to $171,700.
