Landmark Health is hiring a new Product Owner, EHR/EMR. Landmark Health's Technology team powers the applications, data, and infrastructure - including our custom-built electronic health record - behind Landmark's world-class clinical model for complex, chronic patients.
In this role, you will serve as a Product Owner for our home-grown application- Ubiquity, driving and leading key product areas, serving as the bridge between strategic product definition and tactical product delivery. The Product Owner will work with product managers, engineers, data teams, clinicians, operators, and partner success teams to transform strategic intent into fully elaborated requirements in the form of user stories, feature specifications and acceptance criteria. The Product Owner's ability to distill high-level goals into well-defined building blocks will be integral to helping Landmark improve the product experience for team members that serve our high-need patient population.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900. Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with a product manager and the Product Owner team to manage, develop and prioritize the product backlog of user stories for one or more projects
- Clearly communicate product requirements to the team and work with individual team members as needed to explain requirements. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of data scientists, software engineers and clinical professionals to design, develop, unit test and support new features
- Proactively assist stakeholders throughout the organization by conducting analyses, defining requirements, and reporting results
- Work with various functions within Landmark to provide training on newly developed features and gather detailed feedback
- Write user story acceptance criteria and verify scope completion prior to deployment. Responsible for ensuring that functional spec content is appropriate and complete.
- Work with the development and data teams to refine user stories' content, drive sprint goals and confirm the adequacy of delivered scope. Collaborates with Tech Leads (when applicable) to finalize estimates and identify potential risks (e.g. scope, technical or other considerations).
- Analyze product usage data to help inform product roadmap priorities
- Manage internal and external stakeholder meetings to understand requirements and help prioritize development strategies and plans
- Control project plans by managing changes, reviewing open issues, and communicating essential information to project team and stakeholders. Stays apprised of timelines and impediments. Keeps project on target. Escalates issues to Product Manager (design, timelines, resources). Plans, conducts and documents results to ensure what has been delivered meets the business requirements/acceptance criteria. Assists QA with testing.
- Own execution of beta or pilot launch in collaboration with product manager. Monitors issues and prioritizes and schedules items identified as "bugs". Escalates high impact issues to Product Manager. Recreates issues and collaborates with tech teams on resolution.

Required Qualification:
- 5+ years working on technology products in an agile software development environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or Project Management Professional certification
- Healthcare experience
- Programming or UI/UX design experience
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Solution-oriented mindset and work approach
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to break down big ideas into tactical, specific, clearly communicated plans
- Excellent communication skills and motivated to continuously improve written and verbal communications
