What you will be doing
Lead your Agile scrum team to deliver new data-driven products and features to market.

  • Serve as the business / customer proxy for your scrum team.
  • Partner with product managers and architects to refine the high-level scope for new features on the program backlog.
  • Analyze business, operational, end-user and non-functional requirements for new features and breakdown into user stories with clearly written acceptance criteria.
  • Lead your scrum team to deliver new features via continuous planning, refinement and demo ceremonies.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and participate in cross-functional activities to rollout new features to the enterprise and clients.
  • Analyze and apply industry, company and technology trends and best practices.
  • Analyze and refine internal business processes to deliver greater efficacy and efficiency.


What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Experience acting as a scrum team lead on an Agile software development project, either as a product owner, scrum master or development lead
  • Experience in data modeling, data analytics or data science - preferably working with financial oriented data (banking, payments, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take
  • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
  • Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
  • Programming experience a plus
