Job Description
You are a highly analytical, self-starter, product manager who can partner with teams across business and operations teams to identify opportunities using advanced data analytics to present narratives that enable teams meet goals and objectives in line with their Line of Business (LOB) strategies.
As part of delivering and driving our organizations data services strategy we are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager/Agile Product Owner who can help build intelligent solutions that appropriately address our customers problems. You will be responsible for building and delivering the IAM Data Science & Advanced Analytics strategy in partnership with engineering, infrastructure partners and feature delivery teams. You will also be required to perform extensive customer and market analysis to identify the right product market fit.
Job responsibilities

  • Define strategy, vision and roadmap for advanced analytics solutions within the IAM product space
  • Analyze complex business problems and propose data-driven approaches to drive business outcomes
  • Partner closely with broader Data Services and other cross-functional teams to identify dependencies
  • Ensure product outcomes by staying closely involved throughout the product journey - ideation through implementation
  • Establish and manage relationships with other IAM Product stakeholders and internal customers
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, retro, sprint planning, scrum of scrums etc.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and partner with Engineering to ensure smooth release of solutions in Production


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, ideally with data or advanced analytics products
  • Experience creating and executing a go-to-market strategy for data science capabilities.
  • Knowledgeable with AI/ML and Data Science technologies
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams preferred
  • Familiarity with Cloud concepts
  • Ability to present facts, thoughts and ideas in a clear, concise and convincing manner to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with ambiguity


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to be self sufficient in data querying, exploration, and visualization (ex: via SQL, Python, etc)
  • Ability to contribute to application and application maintenance work as needed

The Cybersecurity & Technology Controls group at JPMorgan Chase aligns the firm's cybersecurity, access management, controls and resiliency teams. High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
