Product Operations Manager
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity at CVS Health for an operations role on the Transform Diabetes Care product team. Transform Diabetes Care is an insights-driven B2B solution designed to improve health outcomes for plan members. The product uses member-specific data to drive targeted outreach from multiple engagement channels, including direct mail, email, telephonic outreach, and face-to-face counseling at CVS pharmacies, MinuteClinic stores, and CVS HealthHUB locations.
As a high level individual contributor and member of the Operations team, you will work to align business goals with operational execution through close collaboration with our data ingest, data engineering, data science, and IT partners. You will define new business requirements with Design and Commercial partners, work with technical partners to support the build of new capabilities, and define/track Operational Performance Indicators for the live product.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of key product enhancements end-to-end, from intake through execution to proactively manage partners and timelines across diverse teams to deliver results
- Engaging and leading cross-functional teams to drive results: defining requirements, designing solutions, documenting and tracking items to execution against timelines by leveraging product management tools.
-Problem solving when issues are entered by the team, providing business input, articulating conclusions, and making recommendations to the leadership team
- Partnering on opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization of internal processes
-Supporting national client implementations and product launches across all member segments, including PBM, Commercial Medical, Medicare Advantage, and more
-Preparing material and presentations for business, technology, and operations teams in a way that adds value, is easily understood, and achieves alignment on path forward
-Communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization to move the organization to action
The team is looking for intellectually curious, creative, independent, and driven individuals excited by the opportunity to partner with technical teams to change the landscape of chronic condition management. The role requires superior analytical, organizational, problem solving, and decision-making skills. To succeed, you will need the highest level of attention to detail, judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
The environment will be, at times, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success dealing with this type of fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn on the fly while understanding and solving new problems and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
