Who We Are:

Here at Odeko, we believe that humans achieve more when they control their own destiny. That’s why we’re creating best-in-class solutions that empower small businesses to realize their big dreams -- starting with our mobile ordering app and supply chain management service. With Odeko, coffee shops and cafés can increase their revenue, lower their expenses, and reduce their environmental footprint effortlessly.

We’re a passionate team of dreamers and builders, determined to liberate small businesses from the not-so-fun aspects of the job so that they can focus on what’s fun and important.

What we’re looking for:

Odeko is a purpose-driven digital platform that provides mobile ordering and supply chain management tools for coffee shops, cafés, and bakeries. Founded in 2019, Odeko helps small businesses grow their revenue, lower supply costs, and reduce their overall waste. Odeko’s platform provides these businesses with the tools they need to grow, while focusing on their customers.

Odeko is looking for a Product Operations Manager to build the connective tissue between product and user-facing teams. As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll work directly with product management and design teams, helping to prioritize product feedback and build out the product roadmap. You’ll be responsible for building strong connections cross-functionally, ensuring a tight product feedback loop, and coordinating smooth, high-quality feature launches.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Provide as-needed support to the Product team related to product testing, launches, maintenance and support.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to find, prioritize and resolve our most important product needs and issues.
  • Support Product leaders in properly memorializing product documentation and keeping this documentation up to date. Maintain templates, guidelines, how-to-references and resources.
  • Synthesize information from a variety of product workstreams and provide concise, well-written summaries, suitable for internal or external publication.
  • Coordinate calendars, groups, notes, and follow-ups for cross-business collaboration projects.
  • Identify ongoing opportunities for improvement in process and approach.
  • Work to ensure the tools in place help the product management organization operate efficiently.
  • Conduct competitive and market research related to new and existing products.
  • Manage and maintain product related content on various Slack and Community channels and other internal or external product team communication surfaces.
  • Propose and set up new processes, systems or automation to help our Product team operate more effectively.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, specifically helping them understand the standards for process, documentation, and communication.

You have:

  • 2+ years experience in technical/operational role; prior experience in product operations, product management or technical program management a plus
  • Experience working for a high growth technology company
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting new products from an operational lens
  • Project management and process design/mapping and solution development skills
  • Ability to liaise between technical and business stakeholders at both the individual contributor and executive level, ability to influence and execute across groups
  • Strong understanding of agile product development, biz analytics, data analysis, Go-to-Market processes, and incident management
  • Shown success in efficiently identifying, prioritizing, and balancing multiple work streams simultaneously in a varied and rapidly-changing environment

Why you’ll love working at Odeko:

  • Remote first work environment
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Medical, dental and vision benefits
  • 401k Matching available
  • Collaborative culture
