Product Operations, Authorizations Platform
Authorizations are the day-to-day face of Capital One to its millions of cardholding customers. When customers use their cards, an authorization request is sent through a complex web of systems and technologies across the payments industry. Across this payments stack, the authorization is routed, inspected, and ultimately decisioned: “approve” or “decline.”
Capital One’s Authorizations Platform evaluates more than 16M credit card charges per day. Our team is made up of a suite of products that enable the routing, inspecting, and decisioning of those authorizations. We are on a journey to expand the scale and impact of our team by embracing innersourcing to make it more easy, fast, and simple to contribute to our platform. As the Program Manager for the Authorizations Platform, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a productive platform ecosystem for our teams, customers, and stakeholders.
