One of our most exciting and creative teams has an immediate opportunity for an entry-level Product Operations Associate. Reporting to our Product Operations Team Lead, you'll possess a blend of analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication. You enjoy spending time creating and improving processes that support the product portfolio and product team. This is a “roll up your sleeves” role designed to elevate the capabilities of the Product Team by improving efficiency and managing cross-functional projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage intake and processing of brokerage and association documents to support SkySlope Forms rollout
• Track and report on forms creation and mapping ensuring rollout timelines remain on track
• Monitor and report on key product portfolio KPIs 
• Gather, track, and analyze data relating to the product portfolios
• Any additional operational duties as needed to support the product portfolio

Essential Skills You Bring to the Table

• Analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Knowledge of SkySlope customers and how they use SkySlope products
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets 
• Proficient with Adobe AcrobatProject management and organizational skills
• The ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with product management and product development
