As a Lead Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for go-to-market activities for one or more data products or capabilities that are used internally at UnitedHealth Group or sold to Optum customers. This includes identifying and creating promotional material for different mediums and different audiences, participating in product costing and pricing, and participating in the engagement management process. You will collaborate with others on the product management team and delivery teams to identify the key value propositions to promote. You will work with groups of all domains such as consumer, provider, eligibility, claims, clinical, financials to tailor messages to the different audiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create marketing material for product promotion
• Create end-user documentation
• Define and manage content on internal websites for promotion of product and capabilities
• Aid in the definition and development user experiences and user interfaces
• Work with product director to obtain voice of customer (VOC)
• Understand HL7 and FHIR standards and value
• Aid in the costing and pricing of products and capabilities
• Participate in product strategy and definition

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of technology product management experience
• 3+ years of product marketing experience
• Experience writing end-user documentation
• Experience developing marketing material
• Experience presenting to senior level leaders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with healthcare data
• Experience working with clinical data
• Experience with cloud-based data storage such as Snowflake or Azure Cosmos DB
• Familiarity/exposure to application programable interfaces (APIs)
• Identify training needs, coach, and mentor teams
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
