The Role

We are seeking a Product Business Analyst, who will act in partnership with the assigned product manager in overseeing the definition and delivery of projects from start to finish, to ensure they meet our stakeholders’ needs and preferences and are in alignment with company goals and objectives. The main duties include helping in determining the overall vision of our products, managing various backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to stakeholders’ preferences. You will work in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.

We’re looking for an agile-minded, self-driven technologist to work within our Product team. We want someone who is excited about delivering amazingly simple user experiences that make life easier for our customers. You’ll also need to be equally comfortable talking to techies in our engineering teams as you are communicating with other business teams like our customer support, marketing and clinical teams etc. We will rely on your ability to interview your users, collect data, analyze data and help in making key decisions to improve our products, systems and processes.

What You'll Do

• Act as a collaborator with your assigned product manager
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders’ and development team(s)
• Analyze the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
• Analyze, propose and deliver solutions to help meet company objectives
• Create artifacts high-level user stories or Epics, to describe work that needs to be done within a release
• Collaborate with the design team to optimize workflow and user experience
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
• Ensure system design fits the needs of the end-users
• Function as the liaison between business users and IT
• Assist with testing
• Participate in Sprint Planning and Reviews
• Provide content and education in support of new releases
• Assist Product team in creating & prioritizing a backlog of requirements

Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $92,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
