What you'll be able to do:

  • Work closely with the Product Owners to establish and/or contribute to the product roadmap for the Vehicle Dispatch and other core products to the Orchestration product line
  • Clearly communicate product strategy and vision to team members and partners
  • Leads coordination, integration, and testing activities within and outside of the product line
  • Innovate and operate with an iterative, agile, and user-centric perspective
  • Focus on delivering product value through careful and deliberate prioritization.
  • Work with product designers (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the engineering development team.
  • Conduct product experiments, user interviews, and other validation techniques to capture feedback and product insights
  • Help Business Partners understand our iterative development approach and concentrate on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization.
  • Initiates or translates the product roadmap into manageable product features in the backlog through quarterly prioritizing sessions.
  • Work hands-on with the product team to prioritize, plan, and deliver the product
  • Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations.
  • Defines analytics to be collected regarding the product and prioritizes their collection.
  • Verifies that the delivered software product meets desired business outcomes.
  • Redefines the backlog content to optimize business outcomes based on software product feedback.
  • Employs and/or champions Agile software processes, culture, standard methodologies, and techniques.
  • Captures user and partner feedback to drive improvements and handle the product roadmap.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or related field
  • 3+ years of Product Management Experience
  • 2+ years proven track record writing business, tech requirements, using Rally, Jira, Visio, and Product Driven Organization operating model.

Our preferred requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences, or related field
  • Think and act strategically, without constraints, but be able to operationalize
  • Strong showed talents across the Autonomous Vehicle and Mobility Business
  • Experience defining the product vision, strategy, product roadmaps, crafting and managing backlogs
  • Experience articulating and validating product hypotheses
  • Experience collaborating with engineers, designers, and product owners as part of a co-located team
  • Demonstrated ability to run the development of highly technical consumer-focused mobile applications and/or technical platforms
  • Experience with Lean methodology eXtreme Programming
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to propel API economy and solutions
  • Possess the ability and understanding to drive highly available consumer-ready Internet properties and technical platforms
  • Excellent communication skills with the skill to adapt your communication style to the audience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and navigate sophisticated decision making in a constantly evolving environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others
