Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Purchasing Platform, you will have the opportunity to work on critical parts of the product management life cycle from opportunity discovery, research and validation, product scoping and design, development and execution and last but not least, go to market strategy. You will be a part of our product team which helps define future products by conducting market research, performing competitive analysis, generating product requirements, and developing go-to-market strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume, work environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive requirements and translate them to functional specifications for engineering and design.
- Closely collaborate with engineering, QA, and UI/UX to deliver a best-in-class user experience and drive implementation of new product features/enhancements.
- Performing validation testing of production releases, bug fixes, and feature requests.
- Maintaining a prioritized backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall solution roadmap.
- Working within an Agile framework and leading Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and retrospectives.
- Contributing to problem and solution discovery efforts by conducting internal stakeholder and customer interviews and research, and developing and running experiments to validate concepts.
- Working closely with our stakeholders and users to understand the business and adapt solutions as it evolves.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, or Computer Science preferred
- Excellent organizational, planning, communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Active interest in the E-Commerce industry preferred
- Previous internship experience in product management/development, marketing, and/or business preferred
