The product of great thinking.

As a key link in the product development process no two days here will be the same, but there are some things you can count on doing:

• Partner with Product Management teams and Vendor teams to define the MVP features and potential backlog items.
• Determine and translate conceptual business requirements into robust product features incorporating all edge cases and acceptance criteria.
• Work with technology testing teams and TRAM to ensure robust release testing.
• Executes platform activities required for beta testing/soft launch.
• Raises and manages issues and risks to ensure adherence to robust governance structure.
• Support development of appropriate tracking and reporting to determine product performance
• Work closely with the design and technology teams to develop, test and deliver defined capabilities
• Review production incidents for priority and tracking across mutiple products
• Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria

A sucessful Candidate will have:

• Deep knowledge of technology platforms and project management
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
• Must be a highly motivated self-starter working with a sense of urgency
• Proven track record of Project Management in a matrix environment, dealing with multiple stakeholders and driving robust project governance and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, work well with and influence different levels of the organisation and with partners.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo to drive alternate solutions to meet customer needs.
• Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form to different audiences with varying backgrounds.
• High degree of integrity, comfortable speaking up for what is right as well as reporting/escalating risks and concerns.
• Knowledge of Digital Banking is a plus
