Position Overview

Ship successful automations and enhancements by defining vision, strategy, and outcome-driven automation roadmaps. Manage the full automation lifecycle to deliver the value for customer experiences.

Functions as a central resource collaborating with process analysts, RPA developers, and business champions, and business process owners as the product(s) move through their lifecycle. Coordinates with those involved in the design, modification and evaluation of all phases of specific features.

Responsibilities

PRODUCE AUTOMATION ROADMAPS:
  • Able to establish a vision for automations and/or feature capabilities
  • Establish and maintain a holistic, prioritized and pragmatic roadmap that provides a clear path to realizing automations and/or feature value
  • Utilize various prioritization techniques to evaluate trade-offs and set direction
  • Capture requirements based on business needs and opportunities needs to inform product roadmap
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
  • Keep stakeholders informed of changes in priorities and progress towards fulfillment of product requirements
  • Work closely with process analysts and solutions architect to develop and deliver clear and compelling requirements to RPA developers
  • Work with the RPA development teams to ensure the automation achieves performance, availability, scalability and security goals in addition to their features and functionality
  • Gives constructive and supportive feedback
BRING THE CUSTOMER'S VOICE INTO THE CREATION PROCESS:
  • Provides guidance for business team research
  • Gathers and effectively utilizes user feedback
  • Deep user empathy and understand business teams' requirements, needs and pain points
  • Monitor support feedback, forum feedback, and business user ideation
ANALYTICS & RESEARCH:
  • Effectively sets and measures success criteria
  • Bring experimentation into the automation/platform to inform strategy with qualitative and quantitative evidence
  • Research other companies and industry leaders to inform automation/platform roadmap and priorities
COMMUNICATION & OPERATIONS:
  • Prepares and leads meetings/presentations for a variety of audiences
  • Leverage digital communication spaces to keep stakeholders aligned and up to date
  • Work with lean product development methodologies
  • Coordinate automation releases and communicate decisions across multiple teams
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS :
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to adapt communication style for the audience
  • Ability to facilitate effective meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs and other measurable success criteria
  • Able to define complex logic flows
  • Strategic thinking • Explain complex problems to multiple audiences, both internal and external • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and define product functionality and workflow requirements
  • Demonstrates thought leadership • Great analytical skills; uses analytics to make data driven decisions • Strong business acumen; understands the company's products, markets, processes •
  • Ability to quickly understand a specific market domain and identify trends and opportunities in that space
  • Industry knowledge and passion for the product
  • Strong storytelling skills
  • Keep team focused on key priorities and demonstrate ability to influence decision making

  • Facilitates collaborative decision-making and ianfluences with & without authority, in highly matrixed environments
  • Proactively mitigates issues and misunderstandings facing their teams
  • Mentor new Product Analysts: Engage in the community of product manager professionals through conferences and events to stay on the leading edge of the discipline of product management
