About the the Team:
At Rudderstack, we help organizations build a unified pipeline of their customer data, so customer behavior can be easily leveraged by their marketing, sales, and support tools. The product and design teams are in charge of designing awesome user experiences for our Rudderstack customers, many of whom are building complex data systems and data flows through our customer data platform. This is a fit for you if you enjoy working with cross functional partners to define how ideas come to life, and create simple, delightful experiences within complex environments.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to guide the vision and execution of some of our most important investments at Rudderstack. You will be managing one of our core products that help data engineering teams build on top of their modern data stack. We are looking for people who are interested in data products or technically interesting problems that help developers improve the quality of customer interactions with their organizations.
What you’ll do
Define the product vision and execute on one of our core product verticals at Rudderstack.
Collaborate with design, engineering, sales, marketing, and other product teams to create experiences and capabilities that delight our customers
Work with engineering teams to translate technical innovation into packaged product features that solve our customers’ problems.
Identify opportunities and assess performance of the product through analytics and user research.
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
3+ years of product management experience
Experience shipping product from end to end
Experience with data systems, platform software, or products for developers.
(Optional) Familiarity in the B2B SaaS or data products space
