FLASH is seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to join our organization. The Product Manager will work directly with clients and our internal solutions team to produce detailed feature/business product requirements. Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, this person will guide product demonstrations, documentation, and product feature roadmap projections. The Product Manager will manage multiple products that include web portals and kiosk software products. This role will require driving structured customer engagements, establishing product strategy, and delivering a clearly articulated roadmap. To do this, you will be expected to work cross-functionally with your product-line peers to provide a unified go-to-market strategy and investment prioritization.

What You'll Do
- Own all aspects of the product lifecycle: requirements gathering, roadmap projections, development tracking, testing, documentation, launch plan
- Work directly with the Solutions department and Clients to produce detailed feature or business requirement documents
- Own product internal and external knowledge base documentation
- Work with Product Marketing to communicate new products or features
- Break down product feature requests into technical Jira tickets with priority metrics
- Own and track the product delivery release plan
- Prototype and generate product UI mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, report mockups
- Research industry product trends and perform competitive analysis
What You Have
- 4-6 years product management experience, preferably in delivering customer-facing products/services
- Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with customers and translating their needs into product features
- 3+ years experience as product owner for mobile/native app products
- 3+ years experience as product owner for Web application products
- Demonstrated ability to define requirements and specifications efficiently and with quality
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple product projects
- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker who can see the big picture and distill it into prioritized, actionable tasks
- B.S. degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent education/experience
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) Certification a plus
- Parking product experience a bit plus
