Role Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of a pod innovating a core part of our platform. Through partnership with senior business and engineering leaders, you will oversee the planning and execution of all initiatives within your pod while serving as a key leader within our organization. The ideal candidate combines deep domain and industry expertise with experience delivering consumer-grade products to clinical users.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide the vision and direction for your pod to the product and development team throughout each quarter and ensure continuous alignment of business leaders with your strategy.
  • Partner with your product team to define the roadmap for your pod in alignment with your vision and oversee day to day backlog management and prioritization.
  • Recruit, train, manage and mentor Product team members within your Product pod.
  • Lead the efforts of your scrum team as the Product Manager while keeping abreast of Agile / Scrum best practices and seek to implement within your team.
  • Assess value and develop business cases to inform the nature and scope of present and future product line development.
  • Drive the successful planning and execution of all product initiatives for the products you own. For each project, you are responsible for managing each step of the product management process directly or through your team to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Employ multiple mechanisms for conducting product research to inform requirements and design. Through both external investigation and internal collaboration, the information you gather will ensure the products you design exceed user expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to collect and document detailed product requirements. Additionally, you will bring a creative eye to our team by working alongside our UX team to design high quality, intuitive products for our end users.
  • Define and project manage the launch of new products to our users. In partnership with our operations teams, you will help train end users and create applicable documentation for your products.
  • Identify and action opportunities for product improvement identified through quantitative measurement and feedback from end users.
  • Other duties, as assigned

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a value based care organization that is changing the way healthcare is delivered. We're looking for motivated, experienced professionals with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years in a product role at a rapidly growing company
  • 3+ years healthcare experience
  • Preferred experience:
    • 2+ years operating in a Product Manager role (or similar)
    • MA / MBA in any of the above fields
  • US work authorization
  • Someone who embodies being "Oaky"
