Job Summary
What’s the job? The Product Development Team at Q-Centrix helps to advance our organization’s important mission and purpose, in part by building next-generation software designed to unlock the power of clinical data.
 
Specifically, we are rapidly growing our technology platform and are looking for a Product Manager to help lead one of our many solutions.

Essential Functions

  • Own of a piece of the roadmap (i.e. a product or offering) including timeline, resources, and collaborating with engineering counterpart to remove blockers
  • Be able to answer ‘why’ on priority
  • Lead a team of product resource(s)
  • Own the vision and strategy for a product or offering both upstream and downstream
  • Establish metrics and tracking to monitor and guide priorities
  • Develop a deep understanding of business objectives, user feedback and market intelligence
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and which are incorporated into feature development and/or removing obstacles for the team
  • Show developed communication skills such as project status updates, collaboration with peers across the business, release communication and training, among other items
  • Serve as the Product Owner in agile ceremonies such as grooming and sprint planning
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, including customers, to gather requirements

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 3+ years of experience in product management and technology development disciplines
  • Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas: healthcare, business administration, economics, management information systems, or computer science
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and high level of responsiveness
  • Your favorite topics include healthcare, technology, and business process improvement
  • Time management and juggling multiple projects is your forte

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: 1 Direct Report
  • Work Environment/Physical Demands: Continuous sitting and fine manipulation. 
  • Travel Requirements: 5%
  • Work Authorization: Legally able to work in the United States without sponsorship

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Q-Centrix’s Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps team members cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contributions of up to $2,850 annually.
Disability Insurance
Q-Centrix’s short and long term disability insurance is employer covered, and pays up to 60% of an employee's annual salary up to $1,500 weekly, for up to 12 weeks.
Dental Benefits
Q-Centrix dental plan covers 100% of the cost of preventative care for in-network providers. Preventative care includes exams, cleanings, fluoride, x-rays etc.
