As a 100% remote Product Manager for Achieve Personal Loans you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. What you'll do:

• Lead all scrum ceremonies including grooming, planning, and sprint reviews
• Continually focus on user needs and solving problems for internal and external users
• Manage the ongoing roadmap in partnership with executive management and stakeholders
• Analyze and provide measurements of business impact to prioritize solutions for both immediate and long-term resolutions
• In conjunction with Design and BI create, implement, and analyze experiments to deliver the optimal customer experience

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience leading a cross functional team to effectively deliver consumer and business value in an agile environment
• Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to develop recommendations and present findings to Senior Leadership
• Experience in the Financial Services industry; lending experience a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment in which you will need to simultaneously take ownership of existing products/features and new product discovery
• Experience with customer tracking and experimentation tooling
• History of driving results through measured segmentation and traffic splits
• College degree, preferably in a discipline that involves structured problem solving

Salary Range: $95,590 to $194,180 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
