Reporting to the Director, ProductManagement - Data Protection, the Product Manager will lead the productstrategy and product planning process for DLP Analytics & Reporting Cloud (ARC)and Digital Guardian Management Console (DGMC). Success in this role requires a deep understanding of HelpSystemsproducts, the DLP and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) markets, ourcustomers, competition, and cybersecurity products combined with the ability tolead, inspire and collaborate with HelpSystems teams, customers, partners andinfluencers. The Product Manager role is critical in delivering a plan toensure our customers are successful with HelpSystems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Initiate market research and analysis of market size, opportunity and segments to define business cases in order to define market problems worth solving

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to validate market problems and product needs and uncover gaps and opportunities for the product

Develop and maintain roadmap initiatives for HelpSystems in coordination with stakeholders to plan future work that aligns with HelpSystems strategies

Maintain relationships with customers to proactively manage the product roadmap, solicit feedback, and manage expectations

Empower Development team to execute initiatives by providing key vision, strategy, and market problems clearly for requirement building

Work with Development team to validate requirements to ensure customer needs and market problems are being met, utilizing Agile development methodology

Work with Development team to adjust priorities and plans effectively based on market or key stakeholder feedback

Work with UX/UI Design team to refine feature designs, socialize features, and capture feedback

Deliver Sales and Support awareness training during development and release activities, in collaboration with Product Marketing & Technical Training to ensure teams are prepared for product launches

Monitor Data Protection technology developments and industry innovation to guide product planning

Build and maintain knowledge in present areas of responsibility (i.e., self-education, attends ongoing educational programs) to grow, develop, and add value to the team

BASICQUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge with DLP and EDR markets (Critical)
2+ years of experience with Managed Services and SaaS-Based Product Delivery Model (Critical)
Experience in product positioning (Cloud/SaaS model preferred) (Critical)
3+ years of experience in a product management capacity (Required)
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Preferred)
Strong familiarity with Cloud Platforms and Products (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
General familiarity with Data Protection Technologies, Reporting, Data Analytics, Incident Management, and Threat Analysis
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional training (Required)
A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
