Position Summary

As a Homecare Homebase Product Manager, you are on the front lines with customers. Because you care about making the lives of nearly 200,000 users better, you strive to listen to their needs and to understand their challenges. You are responsible daily for developing and evangelizing the strategy that will help your products to deliver on the company mission and vision. That includes collaboration with internal and external customers, driving project priorities, and ensuring smooth communication among your peer product management teammates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the product line from strategic planning to oversight of respective tactical execution by product owners
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to deliver internal/external impact analysis on the:
    • Product
    • Customer
    • Market
  • Interact with customers, regulatory bodies, consultants, partner vendors, and certification entities
  • Translate regulatory language into prioritized business objectives
  • Engage users to understand user implications of regulations
  • Understand product workflows and the problems they are intended to solve
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap
  • Collaborate with the UX team to create mockups, user journeys, and storyboards
  • Evangelize your products through sales collateral, internal education sessions, and customer webinars

  • 2+ years of software marketing/product management experience
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
  • Proven ability execute on business objectives
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and the business teams
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Home Health/Hospice/Palliative experience desired
  • Experience with the entire EHR certification process (ONC Health IT CEHRT, 2015 Edition), including:
    • Requirements gathering
    • Determination (gap analysis) and implementation of required product changes
    • Product testing and certification
    • Ongoing product management to maintain certification compliance
    • Experience working with ONC-ACBs and ONC-ATLs
  • Proven ability to identify problems and lead teams to delivered solutions
  • Demonstrated clarity in verbal and written communication
  • This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (25%)
