Summary
mPulse Mobile is looking for a Channels Product Manager who will report to the Director of Product Management and be responsible for managing the strategic direction of mPulse's channels -- including SMS, email, IVR, MobileWeb/microsites, RCS, voice/smart speaker, and chat. The Channels Product Manager will own the product strategy and roadmaps for mPulse's current platforms; the messaging gateways and APIs for each channel; integration with the core mPulse platform; and innovation efforts around developing and productizing new channels.
