As a Product Manager responsible for user experience you will help ensure that we deliver great interactions across our software portfolio.  We already have a solid UI, but we know that there is so much opportunity for us to improve our UI, developer tooling, and more.  Our Company Surge™product is already a leader in its category but we know we can deliver much more value to our stakeholders with the right Product Manager.  We’re seeking a product leader of our user experience to help us define and execute the product strategy, define the prioritization of what we build, and ultimately own the outcomes and impact of how we shape the experiences across all our stakeholders..

You will….  

  • Refine and execute against our 2021 roadmap
  • Work with our head of product design to refine our user experience strategy
  • Regularly interact across our entire executive team and across all functions of the business
  • Get exposure and have impact across all parts of our business

You have…

  • Shipped product that has technical and visual components
  • Experience working with engineering teams to find iterative approaches to complex problems
  • Worked in an agile environment where needs and priorities can shift as the market evolves
  • Presented to internal and external stakeholders roadmaps, research, and theories with both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Built strong relationships inside of the organizations you have worked- up, down, and across

What does your typical day look like?

A typical day usually consists of attending our daily stand-ups, whiteboarding/collaborating with other software engineers on items that are in our current sprint/backlog, and coding either independently or through pair programming with others.
