We are hiring a Product Manager to work in our fast-paced, dynamic, high-visibility Structural Heart Upstream Marketing Team to focus on the Transcatheter Aortic Valve pipeline. TAVR is one of Medtronic's fastest-growing and impactful businesses, and this role will help to further accelerate our growth in this important market by defining, shaping, and executing the TAVR strategy.

A Day in a Life
• Be a therapy leader with a comprehensive understanding of disease states, current and emerging therapies, technology and market trends, barriers for new therapy adoption• Obtain, analyze and summarize key customer needs through Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) practices, active engagement of key opinion leaders, current and potential customers, and internal stakeholders, and third-party market research• Represent voice-of-customer and marketing/strategy on project teams to ensure unmet needs are accurately translated and prioritized for the development of best-in-class products• Lead customer engagement sessions to facilitate the advancement of internal product development activities• Develop comprehensive business plans to identify and evaluate new business opportunities; assessing market opportunity through detailed market modeling, defining unmet needs and value propositions, monitoring competitive landscape, understand the technology landscape and therapy maturity.• Define the innovation and evidence pipeline and participate in portfolio planning activities

Other Responsibilities
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, current and future customers, and engage with physicians on clinical and market topics• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute projects with speed and quality• Identify and champion new and creative approaches to business, operations and marketing opportunities and challenges.• Provide senior management and cross-functional partners with updates, reports, content, and presentations regarding marketing initiatives.• Communicate and articulate the portfolio strategy and direction of the therapy to internal and external audiences, including senior management, sales organizations, customers, and hospital administrators.• Partner with Business Development on external investment opportunities• Able to travel up to 35%

Must Have:• Bachelor's Degree• 4+ years in marketing, sales, strategy, or engineering role (2+ years with Advanced Degree)• Experience with identifying and translating market and therapy needs to cross-functional audiences• Project management experience

Nice to Have:• MBA or Master's Degree• Upstream/Strategic marketing experience including innovation and evidence pipeline, and participate in portfolio planning activities• Strong experience interfacing with physician customers both individually and in group settings• Track-record and passion for effectively partnering with cross-functional teams• Medical device or other healthcare industry experience
