Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Product Manager to join our Supply Chain Team based in Dania Beach, FL. The Product manager will provide business analysis, solutions, design, configuration, and overall support to the Supply Chain department. This role will partner with Chewy’s IT department to create and implement value-added solutions that will support the explosive growth and long-term success of Chewy. The ideal candidate will provide a strong mix of supply chain business process knowledge including forecasting, planning, inventory management and execution, functional knowledge of supply chain and/or ERP systems, and technical knowledge of underlying system data structures and processes. 

This role will require a collaborative mindset that is able to influence decisions cross-functionally and be able to relay appropriate information to the stakeholders within Supply Chain. Your work has a direct link to the organization's growth and transformation over time and plays a key role in growing the overall capabilities of the Supply Chain System. This role will have a significant impact on our overall business, and the right candidate will need to be ready to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct working sessions between business stakeholder and IT teams to ensure requirements, test plans, and change management actions are clearly laid out. Product management skills will aid in keeping those working sessions focused
  • Build and own a cross-functional roadmap with a timeline that reflects the short-term and long-term strategy. Ensure the relevant stakeholders are accountable and executing against the roadmap
  • Collaborate with various PMs in Supply Chain and IT, to ensure dependent processes and/or capabilities on your roadmap are present on their roadmap as well and will be available as planned
  • Report up to leadership on the health and metrics important to successful execution of the established roadmap.
  • Participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution)

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or 2+ years of experience
  • 1-3 years of experience implementing through full system implementation life cycles (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support) supporting a supply chain department
  • Strong analytical skills including SQL, Advanced Excel, and Tableau, including the ability to pull data and use it to identify and solve ambiguous problems
  • Candidates should possess Product management skills to build RACIs, priority lists, roadmaps, etc
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management areas of Forecasting, Inventory Planning & Inventory management systems
  • Experience in Project management in driving cross functional initiatives spanning tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in Software Quality Processes and Atlassian Tools such as (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
  • Up to 10% travel required

 Bonus

  • MBA or Master of Science in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations disciplines
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Successful delivery of technology solutions
  • E-commerce background a plus
