Zions Bancorporation is currently hiring an experienced Product Manager, Small Business to join our Product Management team!

The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience to:

• Conduct data, profitability, and market analysis to construct recommendations for changes to product features, functionality and pricing, and identify new revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with other business units to identify customer needs and align on segment objectives
• Assist with managing the project roadmap; deliver stated objectives on time, and within scope and budget
• Manage projects end to end, and coordinate project tasks with technology, marketing, retail banking and other business units to ensure successful implementation of proposed changes
• Test and evaluate results of product changes, and make modifications as needed
• Develop and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to executive and senior management
• Become an expert on small business banking needs, emerging technologies and regulations
• Ensure compliance of products and the processes that support each product
• Take ownership of the movement towards stated business objectives
• Build, develop, and grow any internal or vendor relationships vital to the success of the small business products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
• Some experience in project or product management preferred
• 3+ years of banking or other financial institution experience
• Ability to analyze data to make recommendations and resolve problems is required
• Working knowledge of project management techniques and best practices
• Must be a self-starter, ability to adapt to changes or opposing viewpoints
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Small business experience a plus (through sales, underwriting or some other capacity)
• Working knowledge of databases or reporting a plus
