We're looking for great Senior Product Managers on our Mulesoft services platform team with a passion for driving new products and product capabilities from initial concept to successful delivery and adoption. The services platform product team works on features and foundational capabilities that powers the Anypoint Platform. Within Mulesoft, it has the unique vantage point of serving both internal developer teams and external customers. The ideal candidate will identify compelling market opportunities, and drive a product strategy to maximize the platform network effect. You will function as a primary SME (subject matter expert) on key portions of the product line and the related target markets. You will understand the competitive landscape from strategy to functional capabilities and represent MuleSoft as a domain and product expert in executive councils, strategic customer meetings and major events.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vision, strategy and roadmaps for key portions of the product line
  • Be a deep expert in the target market, understanding and communicating the competitive landscape and the problems experienced by the target personas
  • Use your extensive influencing and communication skills to share and align your strategy across the greater PM team and overall product strategy
  • Maximize our market impact by delivering great solutions with clear positioning and enablement material for our field organizations
  • Work with your peer engineering leaders to achieve high performance teams that balance innovation, supportability and reliability
  • Continue to extend vision, strategy, and roadmap


Experience/Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years product management or equivalent experiences working with a technical product
  • Bachelors (or) Masters degree in Computer Science / Engineering or 3+ years as a Software Engineer or equivalent experiences
  • Business-driven with a passion for technology - You crave uncovering new revenue opportunities and developing strategies to increase the market presence of your products
  • Fast learner that can quickly synthesize ideas, information, and options into a strategy, plan, or response and effectively communicate it


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree
  • Understanding of cloud-native technologies such as containerization, Kubernetes, Service Mesh etc. and their ecosystem
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across Engineering, Field Sales, and Business Development
  • Passion for working with developers and IT professionals
  • Ability to thrive in complex and dynamic organizational environments
