As a Product Manager Sr within PNC's Retail Lending organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA, Wilmington DE, Cleveland OH, Tysons Corner, VA, Austin/Houston/Dallas TX, Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, Downers Grove IL, New York NY, or Birmingham AL. Occasional travel (~25%) is expected based on business need. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
As a Product Manager Sr. you will have an exciting opportunity to work as the customer journey lead & join the Credit Card Customer Journey team within Retail Lending Card Infrastructure organization. In this role, you will contribute to our roadmap to transform our credit card capabilities and customer experience for our customers. You will be responsible for the Customer Journey Map: Acquisition, Engagement, and Servicing; maintaining a strategic view of key interactions and "moments of truth", understanding what is in place today, and identifying opportunities to refine and innovate against the Credit Card Customer lifecycle. The journey lead works to define the "what" for each feature/deliverable, collaborating with key stakeholders and business partners to prepare initial scope docs to align on the problem being solved for the Customer, what business needs the solution should deliver, and how the solution aligns to strategic KPIs Leverage key Journey Health indicators - Customer/ employee feedback, feature performance, and industry analysis - to monitor and inform Customer engagement and satisfaction as well as strategic roadmap priorities
This role requires the candidate to be creative, ambitious, innovative, forward thinking, an excellent problem solver and storyteller, and extremely communicative

Job Description
- Drives business and financial results through the selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products or experiences utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience.
- Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products to customers through all applicable channels. Prioritizes and makes decisions regarding product recommendations. Develops business case, business plan and roll-out of specific products or experiences.
- Monitors the marketplace to assess product, technology, and market trends to identify a market need or opportunity. Recommends new products or enhancements to existing products or experiences and develops and designs innovative features. Manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, and recognizes, anticipates and resolves operational and process problems that arise.
- Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners. Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities to ensure all product offerings or experiences meet strategic goals. Develops product-specific marketing initiatives. Supports risk management, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
- Drives business, financial and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommends modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $65,000 - $167,300
Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:
- Individual salary may vary by geographic location / market data
- Lower in range – Building skills and experience in the job
- Mid-range – Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range – Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
