Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of Product Management experience, or 7 years with an advanced degree.
  • Technical experience in infrastructure and security.
  • Experience building, launching, and landing platforms at scale with global reach.



Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working on platforms.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to make difficult tradeoffs in an area of high complexity and lack of clarity.
  • Ability to apply an understanding of users, partners, and business needs to align teams and objectives.

As a Product Manager, you will build solutions for Alphabet staff members' interactions with corporate service teams to help them scale and deliver with greater efficiency. You will analyze the existing product, look across a variety of goals and potential directions, set a vision and drive consensus around it.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive product strategy. Drive product definition, strategy, roadmap and execution in building a platform used by Googlers and Partners.
  • Identify the highest impact opportunities working closely with a team of engineers, Program Managers, Product Managers and Researchers to translate mission, vision and strategic roadmaps into cohesive offerings and initiatives that drive impact for the whole organization.
  • Drive measurable impact, and develop, track, and refine metrics to measure product impact.
  • Represent Engineering Manager team internally with various partners and stakeholders.
