The Role

We have an ambitious roadmap to delight our customers and we are building a fully integrated Remote Supports & Remote Patient Monitoring system from scratch. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and orchestrating product management for a system that will help people with disabilities live more independently and achieve greater health. You will work alongside an expert team who is committed to our mission to improve the lives of people with disabilities.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the strategic roadmap for the product and plan implementation timelines and the entire product life cycle
• Establish a feedback loop, focused on using analytics and direct feedback to identify opportunities from subject matter experts, business developers, advocates, and end users
• Create, share, and iterate on user flows, prototypes, and mock-ups.
• Create documentation that is digestible across teams, specifically by engineers.
• A user first design approach, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.

Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of product management experience, with strong conceptual thinking. 
• Demonstrated experience with product management
• Expertise on continuous improvement and process automation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with other team members
• Experience in areas such as device APIs, microservices and internet of things is a plus
• Healthcare experience with creative thinking is also a plus!
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously
