Job Overview:
The Product Manager is responsible for the Product Management Lifecycle for the RBI Technology Platform (rTP) across all brands globally. The position will work closely with rTP development teams & business owners. The Product Manager initially will not have direct reports and will report directly to the Director, Product Management

Responsibilities:
- Product oversight through full product management lifecycles, from defining product vision & strategy, development, and execution of product roadmap, launch and ongoing management.
- Oversees commercial and operating performance of product against KPIs.
- Develops robust market, competitor & customer fact base through day-to-day activities & customer visits.
- Gathers high level requirements from stakeholders for product investment concepts.
- Works with Product Owner to communicate vision & requirements for prioritized concepts.
- Holds Product Owner accountable for engineering delivery dates.
- Engages in development process as needed to clarify scope and direction.
- Oversees key partner relationships.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of product functionality.

- Technical credibility and high aptitude for understanding how technology supports product and business objectives
- Knowledge of retail and restaurant business, specially QSR
- Experience in agile software development methodology, especially SAFe
Qualifications:
- Computer information technology, engineering or related degree
- 4-7+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, Solution/Sales Engineer, Architect or Developer experience
- Experience in mission critical software development
- Preferred experience in QSR or related industry
- Experience with UI/UX
