About the Team
We work hand-in-hand with scrum teams to define, craft and develop the next generation of features for payroll. We collaborate with teams across Workday to synthesize the end-user experience for payroll processing, accounting and integrations. We engage with customers to identify product solutions.

About the Role

Product Management leads multiple strategic programs and projects; delivers on key achievements. The successful candidate will drive the product roadmap and help find opportunities to use innovative technologies to scale our business!

About You

You love details, data organization, payroll and accounting. You understand accounting concepts and you are able to quickly synthesize information from many sources and move the team forward. You know how to use customer research, prioritize continuously, and use data to support decisions. You are technically savvy; an excellent communicator and you have strong design skills. You are a process champion; problem solver and are motivated to 'get things done'!

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years product management experience
  • 2+ years product owner experience or working closely with product manager to translate customer and market needs into product features
  • 2+ years supporting initiatives through the entire product life cycle
  • Maintains a validated understanding of the payroll processing life cycle, including payroll accounting and financial management
  • Confirmed knowledge of payroll accounting
