Product Manager, Partnerships
System1 is looking for a Partnerships Product Manager to lead the roadmap and day-to-day business relationships with our partnership businesses. We are a fast-growing and profitable company going public later this year, looking to continue to diversify our revenue via external clients. The ideal Product Manager is highly motivated, accustomed to a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of evolving business needs. You build strong relationships (both internally and externally), and are a data-driven Product leader looking to tackle the complex and fun space that is digital advertising.
As a company, System1 is one of Google’s largest partners, and you will work directly with Google’s advertising products to enable our external clients for success. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating and executing on new products and tackling complex problems. You will work hand-in-hand with our awesome engineering, product, data, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver products that drive the next generation of our partnerships business.
The Role You Will Have
- Define and maintain a product roadmap with input from all stakeholders (business + tech) for the partner businesses
- Work directly with General Managers and Account Management representing two unique partner business lines
- Lead the ideation, requirements gathering, product management, and launch of new products/features
- Work cross-functionally to define, scope, and deliver impactful solutions for the business
- Coordinate resources from other groups (engineering, data analytics, design, business, legal, compliance, etc.)
- Implement internal and partner-facing product strategy and solutions
- Manage agile processes for multiple simultaneous initiatives, own project management via JIRA, lead standups and sprint planning
- Responsible for team execution and delivering on stated milestones
- Resolve business issues and work with Technical Account Managers to resolve technical issues
- Be primary escalation point of contact from a Product Management perspective
- Provide effective written and verbal updates on the product roadmap and key projects to all relevant stakeholders
- Own the success of partnerships and track and report success through analysis of key performance metrics
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of Product Management experience
- Strong background of increasing responsibilities and clear success in delivering products
- Experience leading Data Visualization efforts via Tableau and/or other BI software
- Critical and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and leadership skills
- Excellent relationship-building and partner communication skills
- Engineering/computer science, business management, data analytics or similar experience preferred
- Technical knowledge and experience working with system integration, platform engineering, and APIs a plus
- Startup experience a plus
- AdTech/MarTech experience a plus
- 3rd-party/Partnerships experience a plus
