What the Candidate Will Do
• Develop a unified vision for a business agnostic version of the commerce platforms which are readily extensible to meet the requirements of various different lines of business• Define metrics for the success of such a platform and drive towards the achievement of the metrics• Ensure that we are scaling optimally and efficiently in an agile manner• Be the owner of commerce integrations for new products being launched at Uber.
Basic Qualifications
• 2+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - you're proud of what you've accomplished.• Proven business sense - you can see how impacting one lever in a complex system affects many others.• Proven passion for building platforms and products at scale• Not afraid to dive into metrics and data whether it's to diagnose a problem, evaluate a solution or propose a new critical metric. You have experience using analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
• 3+ years experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - you're proud of what you've accomplished.• Deep expertise in payments / financial services product management preferred, both on B2B and B2C side. Proven passion for building platforms and products at scale
