The Product Manager will work in conjunction with Senior Leadership, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute new revenue strategies for Sarnova's products. Responsibilities and Qualifications

Summary:

The Product Manager for New Product Development is responsible for identifying and commercializing new product lines and services opportunities for all Sarnova business units. The Product Manager will work in conjunction with Senior Leadership, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute new revenue strategies for Sarnova's products. This position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.

Organizational Impact:

What you do each day matters. In this role you influence organizational strategy and direction by building our pipeline of new products and onboarding new vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential new products and trade lines for Tri-anim Health Services, Bound Tree Medical, EMP, and the Cardiac Response division.
  • Work cross-functionally across all Sarnova business units to identify new revenue streams.
  • Monitor industry trends and develop comprehensive growth strategies for critical market segments.
  • Develop the company's positioning, targeting, and strategies as it relates to new products to enhance profitability and performance of the Acute, EP, and Cardiac Response business units, in conjunction with the SVP of Marketing and division Presidents.
  • Investigate, trial and vet potential new product lines for market viability and revenue potential per business unit.
  • Formulate comprehensive business plans encompassing market opportunity, market strategy, potential revenue opportunity and risks, along with market readiness / release strategy for presentation and approval by Senior Leadership.
  • Interface and collaborate with key Sales team members to fill product line deficiencies and market demands.
  • Attend local and national tradeshows for Sarnova to identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Articulate and sell the value and vision of Sarnova to potential new business partners.
  • Facilitate and collaborate with Product Management teams in the preparation and launch of new product lines.
  • Organize and track incoming New Product solicitations and ongoing projects, including management of New Products group mailbox.



Skills/Experience Required:

  • Strong business acumen, including exceptional financial and data analytics skills.
  • Requires progressive thinking and professional presentation with common sense and judgment in a broad business perspective.
  • Understanding of new product launch processes coupled with an innovative, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability communicate and influence.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and marketing skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with the organization.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, advanced knowledge required for Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other area of study with business / marketing experience.
  • Sales / business development and/or marketing experience with Product Management experience preferred.
  • Healthcare and/or EMS industry experience required.
